Experience Wild Place Project as it transforms in to the Land of Adventure from 21 July - 2 September. Offering a unique array of fun activities and themed areas, there is something for the whole family to enjoy.
Embark on a Really Wild Quest around the whole park, post your wish under the Magic Wishing Tree, wander through our butterfly maze, enjoy fun outdoor play and visit some of your favourite animals from around the world.
Really Wild Quest - Wildlife Adventurers are you ready? There are brand new additions to the Really Wild Quest - you must complete challenges and overcome obstacles on your journey around Wild Place Project. Make sure you hole punch your handbook at each section to help you complete your quest. This wonderful trail takes you to all corners of the park to visit your favourite animal exhibits as you go.
Butterfly Trail - Explore our unique butterfly shaped maze and see if you can spot 5 butterflies to tick off in your handbook. This trail is situated near the fun fort indoor play and is set amongst trees, plants and wild flowers.
Magic Wishing Tree - The Magic Wishing Tree in Webb's Brake is more colourful and sparkly than ever. Write down your wish in your handbook and post it to the Land of Adventure under the dancing ribbons.
Barefoot Trail - Take off your shoes and tantalise your toes with an array of textures including pebbles, bark, soil and everybody's favourite - mud! Little ones (and big ones) can explore the five different rooms along the trail, including the Mud Cafe and a Play Room. The trail is set amongst a beautiful area of trees, plants and wild flowers. You can wash your feet at the end of the trail, although bringing your own towel is advisable.
Fun Fort - Climb up the scramble net, run across the scatter bridge, slide down the fireman’s pole and take on the climbing wall. The Fun Fort is a fun outdoor adventure park which is under cover, making it a great place for the little ones to burn some energy come rain or shine.
Storytelling Sunday - Join The Questress at Tower Meadow every Sunday morning from 22nd July - 2nd September from 10am for 2 hours of wild stories. Get comfy on the hay bales or bring your own blanket and let your imagination go wild.
Bristol Rocks - Children of Bristol have been painting colourful rocks and hiding them across the city. See if you can discover some around Wild Place Project. Get involved at home and paint your own pebble or rock to hide next time you visit.

Wild Place Project sits among beautiful ancient woodland and has a large green at Tower Meadow, perfect for picnicing and play. Bring a blanket and make the most of the great outdoors - don't forget to stock up on suncream and water on those hot, sunny days!
