Halloween gets an extra twist at Wild Place Project
Halloween is being given an exciting twist at Wild Place Project this year to make it spookier and more fun than ever before.

As well as our fabulous animals for two weeks starting on October 20 there is a host of Halloween activities for all ages throughout the wildlife park.

Throughout the Halloween fortnight, sponsored by HSH Motor Group, families can creep inside haunted hideouts, join the wolf pack and take part in a pumpkin hunt.

In Webb’s Brake Halloween pumpkins have been hidden away waiting for people to find them.

Children can also complete a trail to fill in missing words in a handbook and then take the wolf pack pledge.

Every day there will be a Halloween costume competition when the three best-dressed families will win return tickets to Wild Place Project.

And nature will be putting on her own magical display for Halloween as she turns the colour of the leaves to golden brown and red.

Nigel Simpson, head of operations at Wild Place Project, said: “Halloween is always a special time of year here at Wild Place Project and always lots of fun.

“This year with our Halloween themed trails, wolf camp and pumpkin hunt this really is a Halloween with a twist and everyone is certain to enjoy it.”
